Our condo is located on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise from the balcony while sipping your coffee and enjoying the view of the Perdidio Pass where the fishing boats go out for their daily run and the dolphins play. You'll also find an expansive & comfortable family room with sleeper sofa and a recliner for lounging and relaxing. If you're the type who enjoys curling up on the sofa to watch your favorite TV shows or catch a game you'll find an extra large Flat Screen LG HDTV in the family room.  We, of course, have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities such as a toaster, microwave, mixer, blender, ample plates, glasses, wine and beer glasses and kitchen utensils.

The balcony has a table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee, take in the gulf views or share a meal. It also has a lounger for stretching out and catching a late morning nap or afternoon siesta.

The Master Bedroom:
Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with high Thread Count sheets, Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, large closet, iron and ironing board and a private entrance to the shared attached balcony. The private Master Bathroom is equipped with double vanity, plush towels, blow dryer and tub & shower combo.

Guest Bedroom # 1
This bedroom features a Queen bed with Flat Screen TV & DVD player, ceiling fan, reading lamps, iron and a large closet. Second  bathroom features a tub and shower, plush towels, and blow dryer.

Guest Bedroom # 2 features 2 Full Size beds with with Flat Screen TV & DVD player, ceiling fan, reading lamps, iron and a large closet.
